EU Projects Open Days 2026.

As part of the EU Projects Open Days 2026, the presentation of the first phase results of the Digital Europe Programme (DEP) project EDIH Adria was held on May 13 at the Rijeka City Library, organized by Europe Direct Primorje-Gorski Kotar County and the University of Rijeka.

The event brought together representatives of academia, the public sector, SMEs, and other stakeholders with the aim of presenting the project’s achievements to date and the opportunities EDIH Adria provides in the field of digital transformation.

Through a series of presentations and best practice examples, participants were introduced to the project’s results, the importance of artificial intelligence and digital technologies for the development of the economy and public sector, as well as future plans through EDIH Adria 2.0.

Among the speakers was Assist. Prof. Vladimir Mozetič, President of the Kvarner Health Tourism Cluster and Director of Primari Polyclinic, who presented his experiences and challenges related to the implementation of digital solutions. The Cluster has been recognized for its proactive role in informing the public about the EDIH Adria project and connecting key stakeholders within the health tourism sector. It was especially highlighted that the model developed through the EDIH Adria project will be implemented at Primari Polyclinic, further confirming the practical application of innovative digital solutions in the healthcare sector.
