On January 27th, a meeting was held at the Ministry of Tourism and Sports, which was attended by the Minister of Tourism and Sports, PhD Nikolina Brnjac, director of the Directorate for Sustainable Development and Competitiveness of Tourist Destinations at the Ministry, Slavko Štefičar, director of the Crikvenica Tourist Board, Marijana Biondić, and our president, assist.prof. Vladimir Mozetič, MD, PhD, MHA. The topics of discussion were the further development and organization of the CIHT conference, the possibility of financing through EU funds, and activities for the continued positioning of sustainable health tourism as an important economic branch in the Republic of Croatia.
