The partners of the Advancement through Microcredentials (TEAM) project recently met to review the results achieved within Work Package 4, focused on Testing and Validation with 180 participants from the target group, as well as the development and maintenance of the Telemedicine Digital Warehouse.
The meeting confirmed that the project has successfully exceeded its training target, surpassing the initial goal of 180 participants across nine active courses. Current evaluation results indicate a high level of user satisfaction (above 4/5), demonstrating the quality and relevance of the telemedicine microcredentials developed through the project. To date, the project has reached more than 5,000 stakeholders, highlighting the strong impact of its dissemination activities.
The meeting also provided an opportunity to discuss the ongoing implementation of Work Package 5: Mainstreaming Strategy and Policy, led by IHF Europe. This phase will focus on integrating the outcomes of the TEAM project into the broader fields of education, healthcare, and policymaking, ensuring the long-term sustainability and wider adoption of the project’s results.
