The second international congress TERME SELCE – Corporate well-being: a year later, will be held on May 12, 2023 in beautiful Selce on the Crikvenica health riviera. The host of the congress will once again be Hotel Katarina.

This congress is a kind of platform for the development of a discussion on how to improve the culture of health and well-being in companies through best practice, education, re-education, preventive health and wellness programs including digital tools, with the aim of increasing efficiency and productivity, balance between business and private life , and above all “Joy of life and work” as said by the initiator of the congress, prim. Vlasta Brozičević, MD, specialist in physical medicine and rehabilitation, rheumatology.

So far, the Congress has gathered supporters from 10 countries. In four panels, as many as 26 experts will share best practices on mental health, physical health, healthy eating, and the joy of life and work. A new dimension of the congress is a workshop on digital overload in new working conditions, which will be led by a representative of the European Parliament.

Selce Memorandum 2023, with recommendations for employees and employers, will be prepared by congress experts, with a focus on the UN Agenda SDG 2030.

The congress is held under the auspices of the Ministry of Labor, Pension System, Family and Social Policy, the Croatian National Tourist Board, the American Chamber of Economy in Croatia, Primorje-Gorski Kotar County and the City of Crikvenica.
